Unless you actively terminate and delete your account, your data will not be deleted because a missing payment. We will try to make sure that account are not deleted by mistakes. So, as soon as your wallet has funds again your account will be activated including all your data.

When paying with credit card what actually happens is. You choose a crypt (choose one of the mentioned on the Wallet page, when logged in), then you choose the amount in USD that you want to fund your wallet (nothing to do with crypto) with.

The above will give you the amount in the specified crypto currency.

Then you go to one of the mentioned payment providers on the “Wallet” page.

These providers are so-called “On-ramps”. Where you can buy crypto with credit card.

Now you select “Buy crypto” and choose the earlier selected crypto currency. Now, you want to transfer (a bit more), than the mentioned amount in your specified crypto from before. These payment providers usually charge about 5% fees (usually the webshop carry this fee, but in this case you are).

Lastly you will be asked to provide a wallet (the earlier provided crypto wallet address).

You may experience a short KYC process to confirm your identity to the payment processor. If you want to hide you tracks (where your transfer goes) use a privacy coin.
